More commonly referred to as the second video game album, or VGEP2. Fallen Empires picks up where Nova Crush Failure leaves off only this time there is greater emphasis on 16-bit sounds as sample sources. The result is a “Higher Fi” sound then the first video game album, or VGEP1.
